Qualifi Google Chrome hiring extension

Qualifi is an Indy-based startup that hired us to create a proposal for a new Google Chrome extension. Qualifi’s primary goal is to make the hiring time faster for employers. They do this by sending out prerecord questions, that the user records, for phone interviews that the applicant can do upon opening the link in the text sent for the interview. In order to expedite this process Qualifi wanted an extension that would pull the applicants information from the recruiting site automatically rather than manually. The team was to create a high-fidelity mock of the plugin that would interface with their current website in order to make the data input simpler on their end user.

My role: heavily focused on design and function of extension. As well as presenting the functionality of the extension durning the sales pitch.

Once in the extension the phone interviews can be sent from the extension or saved to the Qualifi's main site for later use.
